The employment of people with visual impairment

To assist the multi-employment of people with visual impairment in line with the openness of such people to work in massage jobs, the work counseling and employment service for such people are divided into two groups, massage and non-massage.


The provisions of Article 33, 46 and 46-1 of the “People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act” and the Ministry subsidies to local governments on the employment promotion plan for visually impaired persons.


Promote the employment services and develop diverse employment for visually impaired persons in accordance with their needs.

Implementation methods

Two dimensions of massage and non-massage:

  1. Massage group To protect the work opportunities and to provide massage equipment, updating subsidies, arrange in-service training of visually impaired massage and management studies for visually impaired persons.
  2. Non-massage groupPromote public sector telephone work and telephone service experience as well as provide visually impaired employment aids test and borrow and promote multiple occupations for visually impaired persons.
