  1. According to Article 38 of the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act, the obligatory agency/organization/institution refers to any given government department (agency/organization) of individual levels, public school, or public business agency/organization/institution whose total number of employees is no less than 34 or any given private school, association, or private business agency/organization/institution whose total number of employees is no less than 67.
  2. The aforesaid obligatory agency/organization/institution shall employ people with disabilities who are able to work and the number of employees with disabilities shall be no less than 3 percent of the total number of the employees in  a public agency/organization/institution or shall employ people with disabilities who are able to work and the number of employees with disabilities shall be no less than 1 percent of the total number of employees in a private agency/organization/institution.
