- Business hours of employment service stations under the Training and Employment Center of the Labor Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government: Monday to Friday, 8:00-12:00, 13:30-17:30 (no clerk on duty at noon).
Ps: According to the law, employment service centers in charge of identification of unemployment payments on weekends and holidays shall at least process job search applications, simple consultation, and unemployment payments. The date of receipt is considered the date of processing. If the unemployment payment can be identified on the date of receipt, employment service centers shall complete the identification on the same day. If additional verification or communication is required, employment service centers may process the identification of unemployment payment on working days; however, the date of receipt remains the date of processing.
