The Ministry of Labor (MOL) has been promoting "Phoenix Micro Business Start-up Loan" for 12 years, to showcase the wonderful achievements of consultation on business start-up over the years, the grand opening of “Startup Phoenix Life Festival: Dream Phoenix Market" took on 27th September in the ground floor lobby of Taipei Main Station.

 

The event was combined with image film premiere, entrepreneurship lectures and an exhibition of Phoenix Micro Business Start-up Loan review. The role models of each year talked their start-up experiences, at which the featuring shops in the lively market made the participants' hands full.

 

Started with the image file premiere, stories of 3 entrepreneurs of Phoenix Start-up was told and expressed how resources from MOL helped their businesses and which successfully changed their lives and built new opportunities.

 

Two of the three role models are the owner of a handicraft shop and the boss of a hydraulic machinery equipment company, they attended the premiere personally to show their gratitude to Minister of Labor on the support and consultation provided by MOL.

 

There were entrepreneurship lectures and exhibition of Phoenix Micro Business Start-up Loan review. Dynamic events and static displays told stories behind entrepreneur practice and enhanced the public’s understanding. The owner of "Hold Mind Coffee," Mr. Wang, talked about he started with his bare hands and finally altered his own fate like a miracle; and the other 2 role models were also invited to interact and share to give the audiences a complete lesson.

 

"Exhibition of Phoenix Micro Business Start-up Loan Review" showed the role models' history and encouraging words so that the public can take a closer look at every detail and precious experiences one might encounter when starting a business and further expand their horizon.

 

Workforce Development Agency (WDA) pointed out that to serve entrepreneurs with financial needs, the Phoenix Micro-Business Start-up Loan raised the maximum loan amount to NT$ 2 million and provide free study courses and counseling guidance.
