According to the 1955 Hotline statistics, 2017 first half of the year performance, compared to 2016 first half of the year, the volume of foreign workers’ telephone inquiries and complaint cases increased to 16.7% , assisting foreign workers to change employers’ case increased to 27.8%, while retrieving unpaid wages increased to 3.5%. Through 1955 hotline, it shows that foreign workers are aware of the effectiveness of this hotline in assisting employers and foreign workers to solve various problems and the performance of this hotline is increasing yearly.
