Vocational Training Measures for Youth
It is hard for youth in Taiwan to find employment due to the gap between education and practice, myths of the employment market, insufficient enthusiasm at work, and insufficient work experience. The agency pools learning resources of industry, academia, and training institutions to strengthen the employment ability of youth and foster a positive professional spirit. Based on different development requirements and characteristics of youth at school and after, the agency implements various vocational training programs for youth, including the Dual System of Vocational Training Program in Taiwan, Subsidizing Colleges Vocational Training Curriculums Program, Industry-Academy-Training Collaboration Program, The Youth's Employment Ultimate Program, and Youth Vocational Training Program.
