After reading the standard operating procedures for the Quality Accreditation for Competency-based Program carefully, an applicant* shall submit the application for the Accreditation at iCAP (https://icap.wda.gov.tw) and post all of the required application documents to the Competency Standard Development and Application Promotion Project Office.
*Note: Applicants qualified for the Quality Accreditation for Competency-based Program are:
- Academic groups, professional institutions, industrial groups, business groups, trade unions or associations registered with competent authorities.
- Public or private vocational training institutions registered or established in accordance with the Measures for the Establishment and Administration of Vocational Training Institutions.
(3) Public or private universities/colleges and senior high schools.
(4) Legal persons established in accordance with the Company Act.
- (5) Units entrusted by central competent authorities in charge of relevant business to develop competency-based programs
