According to Articles 38 and 103 of People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act <https://law.moj.gov.tw/ENG/LawClass/LawAll.aspx?pcode=D0050046> , Workforce Development Agency publicize the violators against the regulations of Mandatory Quota today. In January 2022, there were 17,764 units should employed 60,637 persons with disabilities, and 87,843 persons were actually employed, and there were 1,783 units employed insufficiently, the total number of the shortage was 2,589.
