The International Association of Workforce Professionals (IAWP), founded in 1913, is a global non-profit professional association based in the United States. Currently, the association has over 13,000 members, primarily consisting of practitioners and retirees from public and private employment service agencies across states in the US. The main objectives of the association include promoting the growth and development of all members, sharing the latest information on workforce development, and providing services to professionals engaged in social security-related fields. Taiwan joined the association in 1965 under the name of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and is currently part of the association's 11th district. The Secretary of Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the U.S also serves as the director of the district.
