In order to assist institutions and training entities raising quality of training programs, this ministry has referred to UK’s IIP of ISO10015 of ISO9000 along with the condition of training industry to devise“Training Quality System” which was first implemented in 2007. This system was renamed to Talent Quality Management System (TTQS) in 2014 to emphasize the value of talent, optimize overall system and create even further value in talent market.
