The Ministry of Labor promotes the Post-pandemic Labor Shortage Improvement and Employment Expansion Program, under which individuals who have been employed continuously for 30 days or longer and who have been referred to the job vacancies in the food and beverage industry of the program by public employment service agencies are eligible to receive a monthly incentive of up to NT$10,000 for special projects aimed at improving the shortage of jobs. The works can receive this incentive up to 12 months.
