- Industrial Human Resource Investment Plan (NT$70,000 within three years): Workforce Development Agency works with private training institutions to provide a variety of practice- oriented training programs and an 80% or 100% subsidy for workers on service. A subsidy of up to NT$70,000 within three years ll be provided for every trainee to stimulate their self-learning motivation, improve professional knowledge or skills, and enhance workplace competitiveness.
