Currently, Workforce Development Agency promotes the Industrial Human Resource Investment Plan (NT$70,000 within three years), where regional branches use their resources to organize on-the-job training programs, so as to improve the skills of workers on service. The related measures are: 

  1. Industrial Human Resource Investment Plan (NT$70,000 within three years):  Workforce Development Agency works with private training institutions to provide a variety of practice- oriented training programs and an 80% or 100% subsidy for workers on service. A subsidy of up to NT$70,000 within three years ll be provided for every trainee to stimulate their self-learning motivation, improve professional knowledge or skills, and enhance workplace competitiveness.   2. On-the-job training programs organized by regional branches:  In response to industrial development and workplace stability, regional branches of Workforce Development Agency make full use of their training facilities and trainers and organize on-the-job training programs on weekends or at night to improve productivity and service quality.
