According to Articles 38 and 103 of People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act <https://law.moj.gov.tw/ENG/LawClass/LawAll.aspx?pcode=D0050046> , Workforce Development Agency publicize the violators against the regulations of Mandatory Quota today. In May 2021, there were 17,775 units should employed 60,238 persons with disabilities, and 86,267 persons were actually employed, and there were 1,762 units employed insufficiently, the total number of the shortage was 2,510. The list of the violators against the regulations of Mandatory Quota is attached.
