Foster Talents Set up the Benchmark 12 outstanding Organizations are awarded the “2017 National Talent Development Awards”

The awards ceremony for the “2017 National Talent Development Awards” grandly took place at 3pm today (12th) at the eslite Songyan Store Performance Hall. This year, there were 12 organizations winning the highest honor of the outstanding performance on promoting the talent development. The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Labor Su Li-Chiung gave the awards, and the Director General of the Workforce Development Agency Huang Chiu-Kuei participated in the event and delivered the congratulation messages.

The winners of the National Talent Development Awards this year had excellent performances on the comprehensive talent development system, stability level, achievement connection and innovative development. The large enterprises winning the National Talent Development Awards were: Taipei Medical University - Shuang Ho Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare(entrusted to the Taipei Medical University management), 104 Corporation, Kaohsiung Municipal Ta-Tung Hospital(entrusted to Kaohsiung Medical University Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital management), and FDC International Hotels Corporation, Sun Moon Lake branch; the small and medium enterprises winning the awards were: Tung Yu Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd., Hong Ya International Enterprise Co., Ltd. and Gwo Jieh Fire Protection Co., Ltd.; the official departments and organizations winning the awards were: Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Regional Branch of the Workforce Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor, and the Office of Continuing Education of Chaoyang University of Technology; the non-profit organizations winning the awards were: New Taipei City Handiwork Union, Watersource Culture Foundation, and Footwear & Recreation Technology Research Institute.

To set up the benchmark, the Ministry of Labor has made an exclusive publication recording the achievements of the 12 winners on promoting talent development. The content includes their business concepts and visions, also the explanation about how they can be awarded. We hope that by sharing the successful experiences on the winners’ perspectives and practices of talent development, the other organizations of each industry in our nation can become stimulated for better inspiration regarding talent development
