To help recent graduates explore and understand their interests and direction of career development, Job Temperament Test goes live on the TaiwanJobs website of the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor. Members of TaiwanJobs can participate in the job temperament test and check the test results and potential strengths online; in response to the internet habits of young people, the job temperament test can be accessed via mobile phone or tablet.

Career Evaluation currently offers the Job Temperament Test, Occupational Interest Inventory, and Person-Organization Fit Evaluation. Job Temperament Test matches the job temperament to help members determine whether they meet a job’s requirements. The test reflects members’ seven temperament characteristics, namely interpersonal effectiveness, irresolution, prudence, preference, perseverance, autonomy, and sophistication. Occupational Interest Inventory allows junior high school students or above and adults to explore their occupational interests within the scope of occupations that are most suitable for their characteristics. Person-Organization Fit Evaluation is a reflection of personal personality in the workplace that allows job applicants to understand their work styles. Through different occupational psychological assessments, the public can have an in-depth understanding of their personal attributes, so as to adjust their career planning.
