Subsidizing Companies to Organize Employee Training to Help Them Transform and Upgrade

   “The Human Resources Enhancement Plan for Companies” organized by the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor subsidizes companies to provide employee training to upgrade their skills and help companies transform and ultimately improve their competitiveness in the market. This plan is currently open for application and the deadline is September 30th, 2017.  Don’t miss this opportunity.

    Companies may either design their own training programs according to their needs or work with other companies to organize a joint training program. The maximum subsidies are NT$950,000 and NT$1,900,000 respectively. For companies that won “Potential Mittelstand” and “Excellent Mittelstand” of the Ministry of Economics or “National Talent Development Awards” of the Ministry of Labor, the maximum subsidy is NT$2,000,000.  Applications for companies that plan to organize programs related to policies such as “The 5+2 Industrial Innovation. Plan” and “DIGI plus” will be reviewed first.
