Is it possible to engage more than simply babysitting as being a mother? The president of "K-Child," Li Chia-che, found commercial possibilities from her interests in parenting, she selects products as if doing it for her own child with all her heart and accumulates customers by reputation, which made her awarded by Ministry of Labor (MOL) as "Model of Micro Business Satrt-up," Li has indeed created a successful business.

Inspired by her boy and mother, Li Chia-che turned her interest of child care supplies into a business model due to her wish to find a balance between family and her job. She accidentally found the allure of baby appliance while parenting, so she decided to combine her marketing experiences and her new interest to start a business. Li Chia-che applied for the Phoenix Micro Business Start-up Program in 2017 and get a 400 thousand loan which helped her purchase new equipment. Although Li has undergone challenges like e-commercial during her establishment, she kept friendly interaction to attract faithful clients to maintain a steady operation, which eventually made her receive the recognition of Phoenix Micro Business Start-up in 2018.

In order to assist and promote entrepreneurs like women, middle-aged citizens, and people in offshore islands, Workforce Development Agency (WDA) launched Phoenix Micro-Business Start-up Loan, which provides benefits like low interest, no guarantee, no collateral, a maximum loan amount up to NT$ 2 million, and total coverage of the interests in the initial 2 years that reduce financial pressure in the early stage of entrepreneurship. In addition to financial aids, the Program provides free courses of start-up knowledge to enhance applicant's skills, as well as professional consultants will be assigned by WDA to help tackling with obstacles encountered during establishment.
